Q: When should I order my items?
A: Approximately three to four months before your marriage, also invitations should be ordered after your guest list is finalized.

Q: Can I order by phone or fax?
A: We only accept online orders. When you have any questions, please contact us by email or phone.

Q: Can I order anywhere out of North America?
A: Yes, you can.
ITSINVITATION offers our product wherever in the world but we only offer our service in English.
    Shipping for outside of North America will be US $ 49.99 (worldwide) and the shipping method is International Xpresspost (4-10 business days).

Q: How long does the printing process take?
A: Printing takes 2 to 4 business days.

Q: Are extra envelopes included?
A: We offer 2 to 10 extra envelopes in case of making mistakes (depends on the quantity of your order).

Q: Do you sell just envelopes?
A: No, our envelopes are offered with wedding cards only. We offer 2 to 10 extra envelopes in case of making mistakes.

Q: How many Items should I order?
A: About 15-20% more than your guests count.

Q: Do your prices include printed envelopes?
A: No, the price for Wedding Invitations includes envelopes. If you want to print on the envelopes you should choose option when you order.
    Some types of the card do not need envelopes.

Q: What is the minimum order?
A: We expect each order to be at least 20 invitations. We offers product in quantities of 10.

A: We provide the fastest and easiest way to re-order. Click Re-Order on top of the of page to see the previous item(s).
    You can also re-order with modify Quantity, Text, Photo and so on, or without modification.

Q: What print methods do you offer?
A: We offer Digital, Letterpress, Foil and Offset printing method.

Q: Can I change the wording or add additional wording?
A: Yes you can when you order as personalized ordering. Additional text can be easily added at no extra cost such as meal choice to response
    cards, reception information to the invitation, and so on. We sometimes have difficulty fitting your text.
    We are welcome to help you editing the text down, or printing that piece, double-sided.

Q: Can you modify an image for me?
A: We do modify images for better printing qualities.

Q: What are the font choices I have for my wedding card?
A: You can choose fonts we have at Font View page.

Q: Can I see the text before it is produced?
A: Yes you can. We provide you with a preview version of the text for your review.

Q: How do I word my invitation?
A:
ITSINVITATION offers sample wording. Click here to be directed to our sample wordings.
    However you can also make your own wording within the etiquettes.

Q: What currency is used in your website
?

ITSINVITATION only accepts USD.

   For Canadian Customers
    You pay in US dollars through PayPal, and they will set the exchange rate.
ITSINVITATIONs invoice will be in converted Canadian dollars.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We only accept credit cards for payment. Credit card transactions are preceded and secured by PayPal and Shopify Payments.

Q: What is Paypal?
A: PayPal is a payment service that securely stores your credit card, banking information and shipping address with their site for use
    when making online purchases on supporting sites.
    PayPal makes checking out safe and easy by only requiring you to enter your email and password, and then manages payment
    on your behalf without sharing your financial information with the website youre buying from.
    When you check out using PayPal, you will be securely redirected to the PayPal site where you must sign-in to complete your purchase.
    After authorizing the payment through PayPal, you will be directed back to Future Shop to confirm and submit your order.

does not charge for orders shipping to USA or any other countries except Canada.

    In Canada
    Displayed prices do not include Canadian taxes as marked. Final prices will be calculated and shown on Billing page.
    Prices on billing page will display applicable GST, PST, and/or HST based upon customers ship-to address.
    Applicable Canadian taxes will be applied to all shipments originating in, and with destinations, to Canada.

Q: Can I order a sample invitation?
A: Invitation samples are offered free (except Accessory ex, Gift Box). Please review How to Request Free Samples.
    Envelopes and stickers are not included.
    Shipping price is US $ 12.59 to everywhere in the world. (2-6 days of shipping within North America)

Q: Do I get my text printed on samples?
A: Samples are sent printed but the text is sample text we choose randomly.

Q: Can I see a sample in this or that size and or color combination?
A: We do not offer samples in specific colors or sizes. We offers free samples. (limit of 10)

  Under US $ 50 of purchase, price for ground shipping is US $ 9.89.
  Outside of North America will be US $ 49.99 (worldwide) and the shipping method is International Xpresspost (4-10 business days).

A: Yes we do ship anywhere in the world. Within North America, we charge 1-4 business days shipping (Xpresspost) for 19.89 USD.
    We offer free shipping (Economy) which will take 3-12 business days.
    Unless your order is within North America, shipping fee will be 49.99 USD (worldwide) and the shipping method is International Xpresspost
    (4-10 business days).

   About Photo


Q: Can I send scanned photos?
A: No, we only accept digital images for better resolution.Most photo labs (i.e. Costco, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Walgreens, etc.) will put the images
    to a disk.

Q: Can my photo be in black and white?
A: Yes, just leave a comment and it will be so.

    What is Photo Resolution?

    Photo Resolution refers to the number of dots per inch (dpi), or the amount of detail the image has. Most documents prepared for upload
    should be 300 dpi at 100% of the final print size.
    Higher resolution means a more detailed image, and also larger file and longer upload time.

    CMYK? RGB?
    CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) are the colors used in the printing process, whereas RGB (Red, Green and Blue) are the colors
    used by screen displays such as your monitor. Please note that JPEG files are almost always in RGB.
    Your document should be created in CMYK mode so that the colors that you see on the screen most closely match the final printed product.
    If you create your document in RGB, the colors in your printed product may vary slightly.

   File Formats for uploaded designs
    We accept digital photos only. JPEG files are the most standard file types and satisfy most digital requirements.
    If you have hardcopy photos, you can scan them at Walmart and send to us.

   Digital Imaging
    You may create printed products on our web site using digitized images from a variety of sources. Your designs, photos and images can
    come from a digital camera, scanner, or the Web.
    Any image you plan to use must be saved at approximately 300-dpi at 100% output size for the very best printing results.
    Its helpful to know that shrinking an image on a product will increase its resolution.
    For example, an image captured at 600 x 900 pixels has 150-dpi at 4 x 6. Howver, it can be printed at 300-dpi by reducing its dimensions
    on the product to 2 x 3.

    If you wish to use images from a digital camera, before you snap pictures make sure the camera is set at a high enough resolution to result in
    300 DPI at the intended photo print size. Most cameras have various settings for resolutions.
    The highest resolution for your camera depends on how many megapixels it has. You cannot increase the resolution of a photo after it is taken,     except by reducing its printed dimensions (after you upload the image).
    Be careful when cropping a photo after it is taken. Cropping will reduce the number of pixels in the final image.

    Like a digital camera, a scanner must be preset to the proper resolution before image capture. Many scanners default to 150-dpi (or spi).
    Set your scanners resolution so that it results in 300-dpi at the images final print size.
    If your resulting scanned image is smaller than the recommended size or has less dpi than you need, you should either rescan your original
    at a higher resolution, or use the image for a smaller printed area.

    Your received product is different from your printing information.

Low printing quality caused by your uploaded low-resolution photos or graphics (minimum of 300 dpi).
  
Your typing error.
 
  You understand that the service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time.

Considering the difference of lighting and the display of monitor, the color you see from computer may be kind of different from that of the item
    you received.
    You can not complain about this. The actual color should be the color of item you received.
